You are herewith informed that the entire WRC CROATIA RALLY 2021 event is being filmed, recorded and photographed and that by attending it you give your consent to the unrestricted exploitation and publication of your biometric data -appearance at photos/recordings/filming, without the right to compensation.

If you do not want to appear in any images captured, please do not enter the venue of the event.

Photos, recordings and videos will be used in any form (printed, online etc.) for the purposes of broadcasting and promotion of the WRC event, for marketing activities and further promotion of the event and the business needs of the Controller, its affiliates, assignees, licensees, clients and partners, unlimitedly and unrestrictedly, until your withdrawal.

The Controller and the Processor of personal data in this event is:

The obtained data will be available to the Controller/Processor, photographer / cameraman and can be transferred to a third party in the following cases:

• legal person maintaining the IT systems of the Controller’s/Processor’s website
• persons authorized by the Controller/Processor for the processing of Personal Data
• controller’s/Processor’s legal advisers of data transfer for the purpose of legal proceedings
• publications in the print media, on websites and social networks
• to clients / partners of the event for the purpose of the event promotion.

Your personal data will be kept secure in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. The Controller/Processor may transfer your personal data to countries outside the region in which you live, including the United States, but they will continue to enjoy the adequate protection and safeguards required by local laws.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, to object to the processing, to receive personal data and request the transfer of your data to another controller. The participant has the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before it was withdrawn.
