Croatia Rally

Croatia rally proudly enjoys the status of the most popular motorsport event in Croatia and the region. By many estimates, it is one of the best competitions in this part of Europe. Since year 2015 it has new Organizing Committee consisting of the coordinator, Croatian Car and Karting Federation, with AC D.T. and AC Cro Dakar Team as co-organizers, and AC Delta Sport in charge of technical realization. The goal of the new leadership of the event is to continue the tradition of Croatia rally in the best light and to raise the level of all segments of the competition with a desire to go beyond the european boundaries and to enter the WRC calendar in the near future.

For the fifth consecutive year Croatia rally will be held in Istrian peninsula. The Headquarters of the rally is located in Sports hall Žatika, service area, start and finish will be situated near centre of the city of Poreč. The itinerary consists of 10 special stages, 155 km long, on 5 different tarmac tracks. The total length of the rally is 435 km, with optional shakedown of 4.5 km. In comparing to last years event the most of the special stages have been changed, but still they pass through well-known sections of narrow Istrian roads.

44. Croatia Rally 2017 counts for FIA European Rally Trophy, FIA Central European Zone Championship, Croatian Championship and Slovenian Championship.
